Meet our dynamic and eminent founder -- Siddhartha , a La Martinere For Boys alumnus. At the helm of Stratosphere Education, he currently resides in the USA and holds a global presence across the UK and Europe. A seasoned business executive with an MBA from Pepperdine University, Siddhartha’s special expertise centers on helping companies pass compliance assessments, develop robust R&D systems, and prepare for U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reviews and inspections.

For the past two decades, he has been instrumental in the approval of key blockbuster drugs, with cumulative sales exceeding $50 billion annually over the last 10 years. Siddhartha has worked extensively throughout North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

His ability to form cross-functional alliances for improvement and growth, in addition to sensitivity to cultural nuances, has helped him succeed on a global scale.

Meet Sucharita. An educator, writer, counsellor, trainer-administrator with over three decades of experience in educational advancement. Her esteemed former roles include Principal of Silver Point school, Kolkata, Vice-Principal of Delhi Public School New Town, a senior teacher and academic counsellor at La Martiniere For Boys.

Her recent ‘Life Time Achievement Award’, courtesy The Telegraph School Awards for Excellence, is a testament to her prominent body of work – which ranges from empowering first generation English speakers from economically backward backgrounds, to achieving the ' High Honor' Letter from the Dean of Stanford University. Her career highlights include receiving the IIHM Teachers’ Day felicitation for Excellence in Education as well as being handpicked as a counsellor by KIC Univ Assist to tour premier US universities.

During this period, she acquired the tools and resources necessary to guide students in their pursuit of higher studies abroad. While she’s glad that her published books are being well received, she is excited to be a pivotal part of Stratosphere Education. She looks forward to nurturing talented students from India and to providing them with the requisite tools to meet their goals.

Meet Abja. Former Vice Principal at Ashok Hall Girls’ Higher Secondary School, and former Senior teacher at La Martiniere For Boys. During her twenty-year career, she actively participated in curriculum development, curated activities to nurture the leadership skills of both teachers and students, helped to manage the admissions process, and counselled students and parents at length

Abja’s holistic approach to education is clearly reflected in the wide range of co-curricular activities that she encouraged the teachers as well as the students to pursue to nurture their leadership skills.

She has created and edited content, as well as mentored content writers for ICSE Physics and Chemistry for Learning Links Foundation, New Delhi. She is a Digital Skills Instructor for Teach Pitch of UK, which mentors teachers on the use of technology in the classroom. She is currently pursuing the Executive Program in Leadership and Management from IIM Calcutta, and has come on board as an advisor and counsellor

As an educationist for the last 13 years, Rashmi has a varied experience as a teacher, an IELTS trainer and a counselor. Administration and training being her key skills, she has a versatile experience of handling teams to achieve the desired results. She has a holistic approach towards the career building of the students and nurturing them as per their aptitude has always been her primary objective. Her belief in building up a personal rapport with her students is what makes her approachable and supportive towards their problems. Her concern for not-so-fortunate students has got her ‘Shikshashri Samman’, an award given by the West Bengal government for outstanding contribution as a teacher.
